The house has a very spacious living room with a separate niche where a bed can be placed. The kitchen is less than a year old and is equipped with an induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, and a combination microwave oven.
We prefer to rent to one studying person (PhD students are also allowed) without pets, aged approximately 23 to 30 years, due to the 4 students who live in the rooms above.
