  • When a user applies for a property, their data is forwarded to the relevant landlord or agency
  • Landlords and agencies act as independent data controllers once they receive the data

To the extent permitted by law, Studently is not responsible for how third parties process personal data after it has been shared.


5. Payments

Payments including credit purchases and services are processed through:

  • PayPal

Studently does not store full payment card or financial details.

All payment transactions are handled securely by PayPal. PayPal processes personal data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

By making a payment, you agree to PayPal’s terms and privacy practices.

We only share personal data when necessary:

  • With landlords or agencies when a user submits an application
