The room is located in the Schildersbuurt in Groningen. Daily amenities, such as shops and various dining establishments, are located in the immediate vicinity. For daily groceries, an Albert Heijn is within walking distance. In addition, public transport is easily accessible, with excellent connections to the main station.
Layout:
Room 2 is located on the first floor of the building and has a private kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, induction hob, extractor hood, combi oven, and dishwasher. Room 9 is located on the third floor and also has a private kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, extractor hood, combi oven, and dishwasher. The property has two bathrooms and toilets that are shared with nine male and female co-residents. Additionally, the building has a shared garden of approximately 60 m².
Rent and deposit:
The rent for room 2 (photos 2 to 7) is €790 per month, including an advance payment of €100 for gas, water, electricity, and internet.
