Upon entering, you enter the communal hall, which provides access to all rooms and shared bathrooms and toilets. The room is located on the third floor and has an area of approximately 13 m2. The room has its own kitchen, and the toilet and shower are shared with two other residents.
Rent and deposit:
The rent for the second room is €593 per month, including an advance of €130 for gas, water, electricity, and internet. The deposit amounts to one month’s rent. Please note: no rent subsidy is possible for room rentals.
Availability and rental period:
The room will be available from 01-06-2026. The rental agreement is for an indefinite period.
