Location:
The room is located in the Paddepoel neighborhood in Groningen. In the immediate vicinity is the Paddepoel shopping center, which has a wide range of shops and amenities. Furthermore, the center of Groningen can be easily and quickly reached by bike.

Layout:
The room is situated on the ground floor and has an area of approximately 15 m². On this floor are the kitchen and a separate toilet, among others. In addition, there is another bedroom on this floor. The storage room can also be accessed from this floor. The bathroom is located on the first floor. You will share the common areas with two male and one female housemate.

Rent and deposit:
The rent for the room is €650,- per month, including an advance of €75,- for gas, water, electricity, internet and TV.
The deposit is one month’s rent.
Please note: no housing benefit is possible for room rentals!

Availability and rental period:
The room will be available from 01-06-2026. The rental agreement is for an indefinite period.
