Each studio features a private kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. In addition, every unit has its own bathroom with a shower and washbasin. The toilet is shared per floor.

All units are fully furnished and include a comfortable box spring bed, television, and an air conditioning system that can both cool and heat. This makes the studios move-in ready, which is especially convenient for (international) students looking for a hassle-free relocation.

Residents have access to a spacious shared terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors and socializing with fellow students. There is also a shared bicycle storage area on the ground floor.

Multiple units are available with a surface area of approximately 10 m² to 25 m².
The base rent ranges from €622 to €780 per month, depending on the size of the unit.

In addition to the base rent, a fixed service charge applies of €100 per month for furniture and €400 per month for utilities and services, including:
