The rooms are located in the Oosterpoort neighborhood, a cozy area within walking distance from the city center of Groningen. In the immediate vicinity, you will find various eateries, supermarkets, and other daily amenities, all within walking distance. Within a few minutes by bike, you can reach the Grote Markt and downtown Groningen, where all facilities can be found. Additionally, the Main Station is just a few minutes away by bike, making the property easily accessible.
Layout:
Via the entrance, you reach the first floor. On this floor, you will find room 1 with an area of approximately 18 m² (photos 3 to 5) and room 2 with an area of approximately 17 m² (photos 6 to 10). Additionally, there is the shared kitchen, which is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator, among other appliances. From the kitchen, you have access to the spacious roof terrace of approximately 24 m². There is also a separate toilet on this floor.
