The room is located on the first floor of the building. Upon entering, you come into the hallway, which provides access to two rooms, the toilet, and the shared kitchen. On the first floor is the room and the shared bathroom. On the second floor are two more rooms. You share the house with 5 other tenants. The room has its own kitchen, equipped with an induction hob, extractor hood, and combination oven. This room also features a balcony.
Rent and deposit:
The rent for room 4 is €766,- including an advance of €75,- for gas, water, electricity, and internet.
The deposit amounts to one month’s rent. Please note: for room rentals, it is not possible to apply for housing benefits.
Availability and rental period:
The room is available from 01-07-2026. The rental agreement is for an indefinite period.
