Location:
The rooms are located in the Tuinwijk in Groningen. Within walking distance are the Noorderstation and the Selwerd shopping center, which houses an Albert Heijn and a Lidl among others. The center of Groningen can be reached by bike in about ten minutes.
Layout:
The rooms are situated on the ground floor and the first floor of the building. Upon entering, you come to the hallway, which provides access to the shared kitchen, the toilet, the communal living room, the backyard, and room 1 and room 2. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, extractor hood, refrigerator, combi-oven, and dishwasher. On the first floor are room 3 and the bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and sink.
Rent and deposit:
The rent for room 1 is €780,- including an advance of €80,- for gas, water, and electricity. (photo 2-3)
The rent for room 2 is €744,- including an advance of €80,- for gas, water, and electricity. (no photos)
The rent for room 3 is €720,- including an advance of €80,- for gas, water, and electricity. (photo 4-5)
The deposit amounts to one month’s rent. Note: for rental rooms, it is not possible to apply for housing allowance.
Availability and rental period:
The rooms are available from 15-06-2026. The rental agreement is for an indefinite period.
