The rooms are situated on the ground floor and first floor of the building. Upon entering, you come into the hall, which provides access to the shared kitchen, toilet, backyard, and room 1 and room 2. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, extractor hood, refrigerator, combi oven, and dishwasher. On the first floor are room 3, room 4, room 5, and the bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.
Rent and deposit:
The rent for room 1 is €734,- including an advance of €65,- for gas, water, electricity, and internet. (picture 2-3)
