The room is located in the East Indies neighborhood. Within walking distance is the Floresplein, where there is an Albert Heijn among others. The center of Groningen can be reached by bike in about ten minutes.
Layout:
Through the hallway, you gain access to all rooms and various communal areas. All rooms have their own kitchen, equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, and oven. The bathroom and toilet are shared. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and sink, and the toilet is located in the hallway. The room has an area of approximately 28 m² and also has its own roof terrace of approximately 13 m².
Rent and deposit:
The rent is €975 per month, including an advance payment of €95 for water, gas, electricity, and internet.
The security deposit is one month’s rent.
Availability and rental period:
The room is available from 01-07-2026. The rental agreement is for an indefinite period.
