Conditions:
To qualify for this apartment, your net income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent. This must be verifiable through a recent employer’s statement, an IB60 form (available from the tax office), 3 recent payslips or recent annual figures (own business), and a copy of your ID. Any income from a partner will be counted for 50%. If you have rented previously, a good tenant’s declaration must also be presented. In the case of an AOW pension, this will be counted at 100%.
In addition to the rent, we ask for a two-month deposit equivalent to the basic rent. If you are self-employed, a deposit will be determined in consultation.
