The studio is located in the Zeehelden neighborhood. Within walking distance, there are among others, the supermarket Plus and various other amenities. The center of Groningen can be reached by bike in about 5 minutes.
Layout:
The studio is located on the second floor of the building and has an area of approximately 25 m². Upon entering, you come directly into the living/sleeping area with an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an extractor hood, induction hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower and sink. There is also a separate toilet.
Rent and deposit:
The rent is €976 per month, including an advance of €105 for gas, water, electricity, and internet.
The deposit amounts to one month’s rent.
Applying for housing benefit is possible.
Availability and lease term:
The studio will be available from 01-07-2026. The rental agreement is for an indefinite period.
