Through the shared stairwell, you reach the apartment located on the fourth floor. The front door of the apartment is on the third floor. Upon entering, there is a small hallway where you can create a wardrobe.
As you walk further up, you reach the living room with an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with various built-in appliances. In the living room, there is ample space to create a sitting and dining area.
At the back are the two bedrooms. One of the two bedrooms also contains the laundry room.
The bathroom is located in the middle of the apartment and is equipped with a double sink, shower, and bathtub.
The apartment has a lovely roof terrace (!) where you can relax in the summer.
