The living room has an open kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, combi-oven/microwave, dishwasher, and extractor hood. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink. Additionally, the apartment has a separate bedroom, from which the balcony is accessible.
Rent and deposit:
The rent is €1,036 per month including an advance of €100 for gas, water, and electricity. The security deposit is one month’s rent. It is possible to apply for housing allowance.
