You share the living room, bathroom, and kitchen with male and female students.
The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, freezer, and oven.
The bathroom has a bath with shower, sink with cabinet, and mirror.

**Conditions:**

* Deposit: one month’s rent
* Student with guarantor is accepted
* Note: you **may not** be registered in Rotterdam (proof with BRP)
* Start date: immediate
