The rooms are located in the Oud-Zuid neighborhood in Groningen. In the immediate vicinity, there is a Plus supermarket, and the center of Groningen is just a five-minute bike ride away.

Layout:
The rooms are located on the second and third floors of the building. Upon entering, you arrive in the hallway, which provides access to three bedrooms, the communal kitchen, and the bathroom. The remaining three bedrooms are on the third floor. You will share the house with 5 other tenants. Each bedroom has its own kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, induction hob, extractor hood, and combination oven. Finally, the property has a shared balcony and a shared shed.

Rent and Deposit:
The rent for room 1 is €745,- including an advance of €50,- for gas, water, electricity, and internet. (photos 5-8)
