23 rooms are available immediately at Jullensstraat 4A, 4B, and 4C in Groningen. The building has recently been fully renovated and made more sustainable. It has an energy label of A+++.

The building is located in the northern part of Helpman. The city center and central station can be reached by bike within 10 minutes. The Helpman shopping center is a 5-minute walk away and offers various shops, restaurants, and a supermarket.
Layout:
The rooms vary in size from 13m2 to 27m2 and each has its own kitchen equipped with built-in appliances including a refrigerator, combination oven, and induction cooktop with extractor hood. Each floor with 7 or 8 rooms has 2 shared bathrooms and a total of 3 toilets. There is a shared outdoor area of approximately 60m2, and each floor has a small private balcony. The many windows around the building allow for plenty of natural light in the rooms. Each room is equipped with new PVC flooring and roller blinds.

The rental prices of the rooms range from €590 to €805, including an advance on costs for gas, water, electricity, internet, and television.
