Porters is a sustainable, gas-free residential building; all units are connected to energy-efficient district heating and are very well insulated. INCOME REQUIREMENT
The gross monthly income must be at least three times the monthly rent. Any vacation pay, 13th-month bonus, and other bonuses may be included in this calculation.
