2. No guarantee of accuracy of information
Studently does not guarantee that:
Property information is complete, accurate, or up to date
Property availability is current or correct
Listings are free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies
All listing content is provided by third parties. Responsibility for the accuracy and legality of listings lies solely with the landlord, real estate agent, or source provider.
3. No guarantee of acceptance or outcome
Submitting an application through Studently, including via paid credits:
Does not guarantee acceptance
Does not guarantee a viewing
Does not guarantee a response
Does not guarantee a rental agreement
All decisions are made exclusively by the landlord or real estate agent. Studently has no influence over outcomes.
4. Platform role and application process
By using the platform and submitting an application:
You acknowledge that Studently acts solely as a technical transmission service
Studently collects and forwards your information to the relevant landlord or agency
Studently does not review, verify, approve, or influence applications
Studently does not act on behalf of any landlord or user
Landlords may contact users directly at their own discretion. Studently is not responsible for any lack of response, delay, or rejection.
5. Payments and credits
Payments made on Studently are exclusively for access to the digital service of submitting applications through the platform.
Credits are consumed at the moment an application is submitted.
All payments and credits are non-refundable.
By completing a purchase, you explicitly request immediate execution of the service and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal, as the service is fully performed upon use in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Payments do not guarantee any outcome, response, or successful rental.
Payments are processed via third-party providers. Studently does not store or control payment credentials.
6. No liability for agreements or damages
Studently is not a party to any agreement between users and landlords.
Studently is not liable for:
Any damages, losses, or costs resulting from rental agreements
Disputes between users and landlords or agents
Incorrect, outdated, or misleading listings
Cancellations, refusals, or changes by landlords
Failure of landlords to respond
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studently’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service.
Studently shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Users are responsible for:
