Furthermore, the house has a shared toilet, a bathroom with a shower, and two utility rooms. You will share the common areas with three male housemates.

Rent and deposit:
The rent per room is €675 per month, including an advance payment of €85 for gas, water, electricity, internet, and television. The deposit is one month’s basic rent.
