Location:
The room is located in the Oost-Indische Buurt. Within walking distance is the Floresplein, which houses an Albert Heijn, among others. The center of Groningen can be reached by bike in about ten minutes.
Layout:
Upon entering, you enter the hall, from where you have access to the shared facilities, including the kitchen, toilet, and bathroom. The common areas are currently shared with two male housemates. The available room is on the first floor, at the front of the building. Finally, the property has a spacious backyard.
Rent and deposit:
The rent for the room is €675 per month, excluding. The tenant is responsible for entering into contracts for the remaining utilities.
The deposit is one month’s rent.
Please note: it is not possible to apply for rent allowance for room rental.
Availability and rental period:
The room is available from 01-07-2026. The rental agreement is for an indefinite period.
