The property is located in Vinkhuizen-Noord and is in close proximity to various amenities. There are several dining options in the immediate area. For daily shopping, there is an Aldi, Lidl, and Albert Heijn supermarket within walking distance. The city center is just a few minutes by bike, ideal for those who enjoy shopping or going out. Additionally, Hanze and the University of Groningen are easily reachable by bike or bus.
Layout and facilities:
The room is located on the first floor at the back of the building and has an area of approximately 9 m². The bathroom is on the first floor and is equipped with a sink, a toilet, and a shower. The shared kitchen is spacious and equipped with all necessary conveniences such as a refrigerator, combination oven-microwave, and 4 gas burners. The shared spaces are shared with 3 male and 2 female housemates.
Rent and deposit:
The rent is €550 per month, including an advance of €75 for gas, water, electricity, internet, and TV. The deposit amounts to one month’s rent.
Please note: room rental does not qualify for housing allowance.
Availability and rental period:
The room is available from 01-07-2026. The lease agreement is for an indefinite period.
