The rooms are located in a building in the city center. All necessary amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, and the UMCG hospital are within walking distance. Public transport is also easily accessible, with a bus station around the corner about 100 meters away.
Layout:
All rooms have their own kitchen with built-in appliances. The rooms have been fully renovated and the building has been made more sustainable, resulting in all rooms having an energy label of A+. There are several new shared bathrooms available, and the building has a spacious courtyard of about 60m2. The sizes of the rooms range from 13m2 to 24m2.
Rent:
The rent for the rooms varies between €645 and €805, including an advance payment for gas, water, electricity, internet, and television.
Availability:
The rooms are available immediately. The rental agreement is for an indefinite period.
