Through the French door, you have access to your own balcony. The room has its own fridge/freezer combination, sink, built-in loft bed, and the room has laminate flooring.
You can jointly use the kitchen, showers, and separate toilets with the other residents. This also applies to the washing machine and dryer.
The shared kitchen is equipped with a hob and extractor hood.
There is a shared courtyard for bicycles, which you can also use to sit outside together for a while.

The room is located in a mixed student house (boys, girls, national and international) on the canal in Breda. Within a 1-minute walk you reach Baai Breda, with the city center of Breda a few minutes further away. When you walk to the other side of the canal, you reach Valkenberg park and Breda station within a few minutes.

The rent is €555,- including gas, water, electricity, internet, and municipal taxes.
The deposit is €750,-. In consultation, it may be requested to pay a higher deposit in uncertain situations.
