Voor studenten
🔹 Hoe maak ik een account aan?

Click on “Register” and fill in your details. Once you’ve registered, you can start viewing properties and responding straight away.


🔹 Hoe kan ik reageren op een woning?

To apply for a specific property:

  1. Go to the property page

  2. Click on “Apply”

  3. Pay the application fee

  4. Please complete the application form

Once payment has been made, you will have immediate access to the form.


🔹 Waarom moet ik betalen om te reageren?

The application fee ensures that only serious candidates apply. This reduces spam and improves the quality of applications for landlords.

However, payment does not guarantee acceptance.


🔹 Krijg ik mijn geld terug als ik niet word geaccepteerd?

No. The application fee grants access to the application process and is non-refundable.


🔹 Hoe weet ik of mijn aanvraag is verzonden?

Once you have submitted the form, you will receive a confirmation. The landlord will then contact you directly.


Voor verhuurders
🔹 Hoe plaats ik een woning?

Create a landlord account and add your property via the dashboard. You can upload photos, add a description and set the rent.

Listing properties is free of charge.


🔹 Hoe ontvang ik aanvragen?

When a student submits an application, you will receive their contact details and a personal message.

You will then contact them yourself.


🔹 Betaal ik als verhuurder kosten?

No. Listing properties on Studently is free.


🔹 Kan Studently helpen bij een conflict?

Studently is not a party to the tenancy agreement. We facilitate contact between students and landlords, but do not mediate in contractual disputes.


Veiligheid en betalingen
🔹 Hoe worden betalingen verwerkt?

Payments are processed securely via external payment providers.

Studently does not store full payment card details.


🔹 Hoe meld ik verdachte activiteiten?

If you suspect fraud or misuse, please report it via the contact page.
