The room is located in the Oosterpoort neighborhood. In the immediate vicinity, there is a Plus supermarket and the center of Groningen is just a five-minute bike ride away.
Layout
Upon entering, you enter the hallway, which provides access to all rooms and common areas. You will share the bathroom and toilet with one male and two female housemates. The available room is on the second floor and has its own kitchen, equipped with an induction cooktop, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, and combi oven. Additionally, there is a shared roof terrace that you can use.
Rent & deposit:
The rent for room 4 is €630 per month, including an advance of €70 for gas, water, electricity, and internet.
The security deposit is one month’s rent.
Please note: It is not possible to apply for rent allowance for room rentals.
Availability and rental period:
The room will be available from 01-07-2026. The lease agreement is for an indefinite period.
