From 01-07-2026, a student room will be available at Helper Brink ****** in Groningen.
Location:
The room is located in the Helpman district in Groningen. In the immediate vicinity is the Helperplein, which has an Albert Heijn and other shops. Various dining options can also be found nearby. The center of Groningen is only a 10-minute bike ride away.
Layout:
You enter the shared hallway, which gives access to the common living room with open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an extractor hood, gas stove, combi oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The toilet is located in the hallway. On the second floor is the bathroom, equipped with a bath, shower, sink, and toilet. The common areas are shared with four female housemates. The room is located on the second floor and has an area of approximately 15 m².
Rent and deposit:
The rent is €595 per month, excluding service costs. The tenant is responsible for signing the contracts for other utilities.
The deposit is one month’s rent. Note: it is not possible to apply for housing benefit for room rental.
Availability and rental period:
The room is available from 01-07-2026. The rental agreement is for an indefinite period.
