AVAILABILITY & TENANCY PERIOD
The minimum tenancy period is 12 months. The tenancy agreement is then automatically renewed for an indefinite period. You may subsequently give notice with one calendar month’s notice.
RENT & DEPOSIT
The rent excludes gas, water, electricity, furnishings, furniture and council charges. An advance payment of €100 per month is charged for these.
The deposit is equivalent to one month’s gross rent and will be returned once the property is handed back to the landlord in at least the same condition.
ABOUT THE PROPERTY
