The room is located in the Paddepoel-Noord district. The house is within walking and cycling distance of the Paddepoel shopping center and the Zernike Campus. Additionally, the center of Groningen is just 10 minutes by bike.

The room is situated on the second floor and has an area of approximately 12 m². The kitchen and bathroom are shared with three female and male housemates. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction stove, and combination oven/microwave. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink.
Rent price:
The rent is €558 per month, including a prepayment of €80 for gas, water, electricity, and internet.
The security deposit is one month’s rent.
Note: no rent allowance is possible for room rental!

The room is available from 01-07-2026. The rental agreement is for an indefinite period.
