Location:
The room is located in the East Indian neighborhood. Within walking distance is Floresplein, which houses an Albert Heijn among other shops. The center of Groningen can be reached in about ten minutes by bike.

Layout:
Upon entering, you come into the hallway, which provides access to all rooms, the shared kitchen, the bathroom, and the toilet. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with three male housemates. The room is located on the second floor and has an area of approximately 11 m².

Rent:
The rent for the room is €585 per month, including an advance payment of €100 for gas, water, electricity, internet, and TV.
The deposit amounts to one month’s rent.
Note: for room rentals it is not possible to apply for housing benefit.

Availability and rental period:
The room will be available from 01-05-2026. The tenancy agreement will be for an indefinite period.
