From June 1, 2026, a spacious student room with a private kitchen will be available at Westersingel 30A in Groningen.

Location:
The room is located in the Schildersbuurt, a pleasant and well-connected neighborhood in Groningen. Daily amenities such as shops and various dining establishments are in the immediate vicinity. For groceries, there is an Albert Heijn within walking distance. Public transport is also easily accessible, with good connections to the main station.

Layout:
The room has an area of 22 m². The bright and spacious room features an open kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, and a combination oven/microwave. The bathroom and toilet are shared. Additionally, there is a southwest-facing roof terrace of approximately 22 m².

Rent and security deposit:
The rent is €895 per month, including an advance of €75 for gas, water, electricity, and internet. The security deposit is one month’s rent. It is not possible to apply for rent allowance for room rentals.

Availability and rental period:
The room will be available from June 1, 2026. The rental agreement will be for an indefinite period.
