Conditions:
To be eligible for this apartment, the net income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent. This must be verified by means of a recent employer’s statement, an IB60 form (to be requested from the tax office), 3 recent payslips or recent annual figures (own company) and a copy of identification. Any income from a partner will be counted as 50%. If you have rented before, a good tenant statement must also be provided. In the case of an AOW benefit, this will be counted 100%.
In addition to the rent, we require two months’ deposit equivalent to the net rent. If you are self-employed, a security deposit will be agreed upon in consultation.
