Location:
The rooms are located in the Oud-Zuid neighborhood of Groningen. Nearby, there is a Plus supermarket, and the center of Groningen is just a five-minute bike ride away.

Layout:
The rooms are located on the second and third floors of the building. Upon entering, you enter the hallway that provides access to three bedrooms, the communal kitchen, and the bathroom. On the third floor are the remaining three bedrooms. You share the house with 5 other tenants. Each bedroom has its own kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, extractor hood, and combi oven. Finally, the house features a shared balcony and a shared shed.

Rent and deposit:
The rent for room 1 is €745,- including an advance of €50,- for gas, water, electricity, and internet. (photo 5-8)
The rent for room 3 is €690,- including an advance of €50,- for gas, water, electricity, and internet. (photo 9-11)
The rent for room 4 is €720,- including an advance of €50,- for gas, water, electricity, and internet. (photo 12-15)
The rent for room 6 is €475,- including an advance of €50,- for gas, water, electricity, and internet. (photo 16-18)
The deposit equals one month’s rent. Note: it is not possible to apply for housing allowance for room rentals.

Availability and rental period:
The rooms are available from 01-05-2026. The rental agreement is for an indefinite period.
