This concerns temporary rental (from 6 months) of single-family homes ranging from 65 to 90 m\u00b2. These are former rental homes in Wormerveer, Krommenie, Westzaan, and Zaandam. The notice period is 3 months, during which the first 6 months of residency is guaranteed.<\/p>\n
The rental amounts differ per home and range from \u20ac450 to \u20ac650 per month, excluding utilities and municipal taxes. The service charges are a few euros per month and are intended for the glass fund.<\/p>\n
Cohabitation and pets (as long as they do not cause disturbances) are possible.<\/p>\n
Regarding habitation, there are some restrictions, including that single-parent households with children living at home cannot reside here. The reason for this is the character and uncertainty regarding the temporary use of a property. We also do not place residents with social security benefits, nor individuals who do not sufficiently speak the Dutch language, and we do not employ a second chance policy. We assess the suitability of potential tenants based on income, and we do not work with guarantees.
