\nYou can jointly use the kitchen, showers, and separate toilets with the other residents. This also applies to the washing machine and dryer.

The room is located in a mixed student house (boys, girls, national and international) on the canal in Breda. Within a 1-minute walk you reach Baai Breda, with the city center of Breda a few minutes further away. When you walk to the other side of the canal, you reach Valkenberg park and Breda station within a few minutes.<\/p>\n
The rent is \u20ac555,- including gas, water, electricity, internet, and municipal taxes.
