\nThe room is located in Paddepoel-North. The house is within walking and biking distance of the shopping center Paddepoel. The Zernike campus, ideal for students, is also nearby. In the vicinity, there is good public transport access via the bus.<\/p>\n

\nThe room is approximately 10 m\u00b2 in size. The kitchen, equipped with luxury built-in appliances, including a dishwasher, induction cooktop, and combi oven\/microwave, is shared with three other housemates. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink and is also shared with three other housemates.<\/p>\n
Rent:
\nThe rent is \u20ac477. This includes an advance payment of \u20ac80 for gas, water, and electricity. The deposit is one month\u2019s rent. Note: rental allowance is not possible for room rentals!<\/p>\n
Availability and rental period:
\nThe room is available from 01-06-2026. The rental agreement will be for an indefinite period. <\/p>\n
