That is why we expect:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1273\" data-end=\"1391\">\n<li data-start=\"1273\" data-end=\"1317\">\n<p data-start=\"1275\" data-end=\"1317\">No offensive or discriminatory language<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1318\" data-end=\"1343\">\n<p data-start=\"1320\" data-end=\"1343\">No aggressive behaviour<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1344\" data-end=\"1391\">\n<p data-start=\"1346\" data-end=\"1391\">No pressure to pay outside the platform<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1393\" data-end=\"1453\">All users are required to communicate respectfully.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1455\" data-end=\"1458\" \/>\n<h5 data-start=\"1460\" data-end=\"1497\">\ud83d\udcb3 Transparency regarding payments<\/h5>\n<p data-start=\"1499\" data-end=\"1590\">Students pay an application fee via Studently in order to apply for a property.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1592\" data-end=\"1618\">You are not permitted to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1620\" data-end=\"1800\">\n<li data-start=\"1620\" data-end=\"1674\">\n<p data-start=\"1622\" data-end=\"1674\">To charge additional application fees outside the platform<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1675\" data-end=\"1741\">\n<p data-start=\"1677\" data-end=\"1741\">Requiring payment before signing a tenancy agreement<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1742\" data-end=\"1800\">\n<p data-start=\"1744\" data-end=\"1800\">To charge unnecessary administrative fees<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1802\" data-end=\"1859\">If in doubt, we always recommend that you report it.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1861\" data-end=\"1864\" \/>\n<h5 data-start=\"1866\" data-end=\"1888\">\ud83d\udea8 Preventing fraud<\/h5>\n<p data-start=\"1890\" data-end=\"1912\">Look out for signs such as:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1914\" data-end=\"2041\">\n<li data-start=\"1914\" data-end=\"1948\">\n<p data-start=\"1916\" data-end=\"1948\">Unrealistically low rents<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1949\" data-end=\"2002\">\n<p data-start=\"1951\" data-end=\"2002\">Requests for money via foreign bank accounts<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2003\" data-end=\"2041\">\n<p data-start=\"2005\" data-end=\"2041\">No viewings available<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2043\" data-end=\"2124\">Studently investigates reports thoroughly and may suspend accounts in the event of misuse.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2126\" data-end=\"2129\" \/>\n<h5 data-start=\"2131\" data-end=\"2147\">\u2696\ufe0f Conflicts<\/h5>\n<p data-start=\"2149\" data-end=\"2333\">Studently facilitates contact, but is not a party to the tenancy agreement.
