When you rent a property in the Netherlands, you usually look at the rent first. But as well as the basic rent, there are often additional costs that affect your monthly budget.<\/p>\n

The basic rent is the amount you pay for the use of the property itself. This amount does not include additional costs.<\/p>\n
The total rent may consist of:<\/p>\n

Gas, water and electricity<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
