Welcome to the Studently Help Centre. Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about using our platform.<\/p>

Whether you\u2019re a student or a landlord, we\u2019re happy to help.<\/p>

Voor studenten<\/h5>
\"\ud83d\udd39\" Hoe maak ik een account aan?<\/h5>

Click on \u201cRegister\u201d and fill in your details. Once you\u2019ve registered, you can start viewing properties and responding straight away.<\/p>

\"\ud83d\udd39\" Hoe kan ik reageren op een woning?<\/h5>

To apply for a specific property:<\/p>

  1. Go to the property page<\/p><\/li>

  2. Click on \u201cApply\u201d<\/p><\/li>

  3. Pay the application fee<\/p><\/li>

  4. Please complete the application form<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

    Once payment has been made, you will have immediate access to the form.<\/p>

    \"\ud83d\udd39\" Waarom moet ik betalen om te reageren?<\/h5>

    The application fee ensures that only serious candidates apply. This reduces spam and improves the quality of applications for landlords.<\/p>

    However, payment does not guarantee acceptance.<\/p>

    \"\ud83d\udd39\" Krijg ik mijn geld terug als ik niet word geaccepteerd?<\/h5>

    No. The application fee grants access to the application process and is non-refundable.<\/p>

    \"\ud83d\udd39\" Hoe weet ik of mijn aanvraag is verzonden?<\/h5>

    Once you have submitted the form, you will receive a confirmation. The landlord will then contact you directly.<\/p>

    Voor verhuurders<\/h5>
    \"\ud83d\udd39\" Hoe plaats ik een woning?<\/h5>

    Create a landlord account and add your property via the dashboard. You can upload photos, add a description and set the rent.<\/p>

    Listing properties is free of charge.<\/p>

    \"\ud83d\udd39\" Hoe ontvang ik aanvragen?<\/h5>

    When a student submits an application, you will receive their contact details and a personal message.<\/p>

    You will then contact them yourself.<\/p>

    \"\ud83d\udd39\" Betaal ik als verhuurder kosten?<\/h5>

    No. Listing properties on Studently is free.<\/p>

    \"\ud83d\udd39\" Kan Studently helpen bij een conflict?<\/h5>

    Studently is not a party to the tenancy agreement. We facilitate contact between students and landlords, but do not mediate in contractual disputes.<\/p>

    Veiligheid en betalingen<\/h5>
    \"\ud83d\udd39\" Hoe worden betalingen verwerkt?<\/h5>

    Payments are processed securely via external payment providers.<\/p>

    Studently does not store full payment card details.<\/p>

    If you suspect fraud or misuse, please report it via the contact page.<\/p>
