Property availability is current or correct
Listings are free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies<\/p>

Submitting an application through Studently, including via paid credits:<\/p>

Does not guarantee a viewing
Does not guarantee a response

All decisions are made exclusively by the landlord or real estate agent. Studently has no influence over outcomes.<\/p>

4. Platform role and application process<\/strong><\/p>

By using the platform and submitting an application:<\/p>

You acknowledge that Studently acts solely as a technical transmission service
Studently collects and forwards your information to the relevant landlord or agency
Studently does not review, verify, approve, or influence applications
Studently does not act on behalf of any landlord or user<\/p>

Landlords may contact users directly at their own discretion. Studently is not responsible for any lack of response, delay, or rejection.<\/p>

5. Payments and credits<\/strong><\/p>

Payments made on Studently are exclusively for access to the digital service of submitting applications through the platform.<\/p>

Credits are consumed at the moment an application is submitted.<\/p>

All payments and credits are non-refundable.<\/p>
